Previous Owner Commentary: We haven't had Joe very long, but in the short time he's been at Camelot, he's proven to be a solid, steady, and dependable partner for all levels of eventing riders. I've had everyone on him from PreTraining level teenagers to Intermediate level adult amateurs, and he's handled it all beautifully. He does do best with a quiet-handed rider, so I wouldn't suggest putting a rank beginner on him... He just tends to fuss with his mouth and get a bit swishy with the tail, nothing serious. With the right rider, though, he could really go all the way, considering the scope he shows and his no-nonsense work ethic! He's got everything you need if you're looking for a top-notch event horse... good gallop, efficient jump, and no spook. If you chose to, though, he could also excel in almost any other discipline... He's a nice enough jumper that he could do the hunters, he's fast enough to do the jumpers, and he's solid enough on the flat to do dressage... your choice! - Indiza
